Cat Neutering

Neutering cats can be life saving. It reduces their chance of being hit by a car, catching infectious diseases such as FIV and FeLV (Feline aids and Leukaemia) and of course prevents unwanted litters of kittens.

Cats should be neutered from 4 months of age - there's no need to wait until they are 6 months old.

With subsidised neutering schemes run by charities such as Cats Protection, there are no excuses for not getting your cat neutered - which can cost as little as £10! For more information about this scheme, click here.
