If you phone the surgery, you will notice that we have a new phone system. There are some options now when you phone up: pressing 1 will lead to your call being put through to reception; 2 to our administration team (eg if you have an account query), 3 for insurance claims and queries, and 4 for the nursing team eg to ask about an in-patient if they are in with us. Press 9 if your call is an emergency.
We hope this system will lead to calls being handled more efficiently.
Please note that calls may be recorded for training/monitoring.
